To whom it may concern,
I would suggest being able to find restaurants by inputting of postcodes which works well on other apps like Ubereats and Deliveroo. This is the easiest way to find restaurants to order from near the user. This also makes it easier to know which restaurants near me are working in partnership with yoyo delivery. If this feature was to be implemented it would make a great improvement as currently the app is difficult to use and impractical.
I wish your business the best in future and would feel greatly appreciated if this advice was to be taken on board.
Vanishing food and imaginary calls
Our order from the restaurant was given to them the food at 9. It never arrived and the calls yo-yo courier allegedly made never happened despite us giving the restaurant the correct number which they were able to call us on. When we then called yo-yo they were unable to give us any kind of clear answer as they also don’t do their own work and outsource it instead. We were told they would call us back in 10 minutes as to an update with where the food is. That never happened and the only update we had was an email that the order was cancelled at 10, well past the time to try and get food anywhere else and leaving us with a ruined and hungry evening.
Ordered my food on this app they accepted my order and took money from my bank account an hour after I made my order they sent me an email to say my order was cancelled. When I went up to the takeaway they had told me they don’t use the app to take deliveries so yo-yo should have never accepted my order and taken my money. I used my last £12 to order food and then had to wait for 3-5 working days for the money to go back into my account I had to feed my 5 year old a slice of bread for his tea!! Disgraceful and all they could say was sorry there’s nothing we can do all you have to do is wait 3-5 working days absolutely disgusting coming from the managers mouth this was the best advice he could give me!!
