The only thing I can’t do is the weather everything else is working it stopped charging at one point but everything else is fine it does the same as my sisters and she had a real apple iwatch same quality for much less of the price I rate this 4⭐️ very pleased with this device many thanks.. real rating from real person Lilly
Not the best but does have massive room for improvement.
I had for Christmas a fitness tracker, of witch the first one died after about 30 minutes of unpacking. B&M were very good in exchanging it for another, not the same model though.
So far I haven’t been able to find a way to clear messages that some how come through, even though I have turned all push notifications off. This morning after my I discovered that it had dropped out of Bluetooth and the only way to get back on my phone was by resetting the device which in turn meant loosing all my data.
I don’t think I’ve ever had such a erratic device that decides it will only do what it wants.
Can you please update and sort out these issues as I do like the design and the build quality is reasonable for the price.

Dear Sir, we have a new version app call "Oplayer Smart Life" which works with some of our Smartwatches. we are not sure what model you have in your hand but give it a try. The user experience is improved ultimately. Thank you.
Doesn’t let me put my birthday in
I tried putting my birthday in and when I’m done it doesn’t let me press OK because it keeps changing the birthday months and day and keeps jumping about
