Best place to find remote jobs

I’ve been using the test version Otta that I got invited by Otta to try & help launch the app with my feedback, the features are easy to use & navigate also I find it a lot better than other job search likes of Indeed, Reed, Total Jobs & other as Otta definitely put more effort by including availability, job level, job description in bullet points than large boring paragraphs, background of the company, they help you build your own CV & the jobs are approved by Otta so you can do everything on the app then other job site where going multiple links also they have features where show you diversity like fintech jobs, female leader companies, they always give you notifications for upcoming jobs so you never miss it also find jobs match & personalise trail for you so it really saves you from scrolling & filters job until you find the one you are looking for & is all link in one place so no more going checking your email waiting & updates as all show on the Otta app!!!!

A Great Candidate Experience

I have been on Otta for the last month and really enjoy using it. Job-searching can be really stressful which makes me a huge fan of
the effort Otta puts in upon your sign-up to create a really well-rounded profile of yourself and align you to roles you would like to work in. The AI suggestions are incredible and I can say for sure they put the gloss on my previous experiences that my CV beforehand didn’t have. The interface is easy-to-use and the company profiles are clear, also a big fan of how Otta links relevant articles around the companies you apply for which can be a big help in cover letters and interviews. I would definitely say that Otta’s matching system has landed me more interviews per no. of applications than other job sites like LinkedIn and Indeed.

My only two gripes (and these are not really an issue on Otta’s side) is that there are a fair number of companies on the site that advertise roles at Entry-Level/Junior and upon interviewing are asking for levels of experience not mentioned in the job description. There has also been a few companies who provide a salary range on Otta and then further in the application stage are going back on that by saying that the budget for the role is lower than what they initially advertised.

I would definitely recommend Otta over other job-sites as it provides what I feel is the fairest candidate experience.

Excellent App for Job Hunters

I was introduced to this app by my friend and I’m enjoying the process of receiving top-quality roles from excellent organisations. You can track your progress once you’ve received an interview request and provide feedback on the app if some companies have not given feedback on application submission. I highly recommend this app to my friends and family who are searching to work for technology/ fintech organisations in the future.
