This app has had a major change to our lives at home. Our boys, not the most organised bunch were annoyed to not getting their free time playing computers. We tried schedules, checklists etc and it just kept getting left out. We tried chore monsters but that didn’t have the functionality that we have here with this app. After about 20 minutes of setting it all up the family were all invited to it. It has been brilliant as we have set up the tasks to mirror the points for their computer time rewards. Now they check it off, we check it’s done and they earn the points. Once they have done everything they have enough points to claim their rewards. The only thing I would like to see added is where they can submit say 10 points towards a large reward, e.g movie night, day out and it reduces the points by that amount. Then eventually they aren’t spending all of their points and getting computer time but adding a little to it as a long term goal. Atm you can only purchase in full so would have to save the points up but then only one child will end up spending them. Great app, would happily pay a few quid after a months trial.

Hi George, thanks for the feedback, that's a really good suggestion that I've added to our list of improvements to make in the future. Let us know if you ever have any other ideas for how we can improve the app further.
It takes s bit of getting used to but it is worth the effort. We use it as a reward scheme so the children can claim electronic s time (games), pocket money and treats etc.. It provides the children with clear and easy way to build up enough points to earn rewards. It has helped us to be more organised and reduced the constant nagging to get the kids to do their homework, brush teeth and hair as well as daily/weekly chores. Each of our children have their own tasks and there are additional unallocated tasks that can be claimed such as take the dog out etc. There are some niggles like missed tasks hang around and I’d like to be able to make them disappear if not completed on time and whilst you can zero missed tasks it is an administrative pain to remove them from the list.. But overall the app works

Thanks for the feedback, Dwevin, that's great feedback. And hopefully we can introduce a auto-skip feature in the future. Let us know if you have any other ideas for how we can improve the app further.
Really helped our communal home
I live with four housemates and this app pretty much fixed all cleaning related squabbles we had. We had tried a lot of different systems that never worked and the cleaning led to some strained relationships. When we moved house I decided an app might be the way to go, and it has honestly changed the house
It makes people want to clean, almost like cleaning is a game. We all want to get these points and win, even though we don’t really use the rewards system properly so the points are almost meaningless! We’ve just put value in them and now our house is a pleasant place to be.
The app sends everyone a notification when something has been done which works as a natural reminder to clean, and the points system shows who is pulling their weight so that no one has to personally tell anyone to get on top of things.
It’s clear that it’s more aimed at families, but it works well for us. While we don’t use the rewards system in the app, we do say that whoever had the most points in a week gets a free pint :)
The app really does factor in everything. Scheduling, shopping lists, etc. Every time I was like “oh I wish I could get it to do [this]” (ie repeat in a certain way) the feature was already there.
The app can be a bit glitchy, sometimes when you go back to it after switching apps it freezes, and the padding in text boxes isn’t great, but these things are not even an issue relative to how good the app is.

Hi Katjazzzzz, that's really great feedback, we're thrilled to hear that. We actually originally geared the app towards housemates so it's nice to know it's been used for it's initial purpose. The freezing should stop once iOS 12 comes out and let us know if you ever have any suggestions for how we can improve the app for housemates :)
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
