Some of the app is good but in general it’s fairly pointless, you click on things and it doesn’t show any products, the categories is just blank. It doesn’t really update when you do an order for ages. If you do find a product on the shop, you probably won’t find it again. I sent some shoes back and decided to buy them later - never found them again. The Ai part is so slow and just doesn’t work. Basic e-commerce shop part should just work. It’s poor for what is essentially a shopping app with some extra bells and whistles. Fix the basics before you start pushing new Ai tools etc

App doesn’t work

Box arrived very well packaged. Good selection of items. Returned the items I didn’t want. They have tried to take money using an old card. When I try to upload the new card details on the app it won’t let me. It won’t let me link PayPal either! Emails coming asking for payment, when I follow the payment link it doesn’t work! Tried to contact them several times but nothing is done. I’m trying to pay them and nothing is working. Putting this review here as proof that it’s them not me that is the issue!

Poor… in all aspects

If I could give less, I would.I never review app’s but I had to on this occasion.I thought this was a painless way to get my wardrobe filled with some nice items… first order came in a lovely box, kept and paid for what I liked (and what actually fit, even though i supplied my sizes etc) no problem…Second box came, and that’s where it all fell apart.Firstly, it said it had been delivered when it hadn’t, then when it did arrive, the Box was a tatty reused one.All with clothes that didn’t fit or I didn’t like. I did choose to keep a few items, but this time, no returns label in the box. I emailed stating that (as there is no other contact method) and got no reply.I then get a warning saying I hadn’t return my box, I replied saying I want to return the box but have no label, still no reply.I then get charged for the whole box! I replied again, and still nothing. Chased for about a month before calling the fraud squad to get my money back.Still have a box of clothes that I don’t want…Waste of time and money- DO NOT USE!

Avoid at all costs..I’ve been charged £347 for 5 items that i did not receive I cancelled my bank details with them but cause its a subscription they managed to get back into my account over the weekend when they say they’re shut and when contacted they do not respond or help you in anyway at all make sure you contact your bank and put a block on them as they are not legitimate company i’ve now read many reviews and everyone is saying the same thing..please AVOID AVOID AVOID
