We have worked with expert nutritionists to create meals which are both nutritious and delicious. With over one hundred unique recipes covering a range of diets - you will never go hungry for inspiration on what to cook next! Each meal comes with a range of photos, detailed preparation instructions and a full list of ingredients.

OWNU features a full customisable meal calendar allowing you to fully plan your nutrition from the extensive meal library. Optionally choose whether to show calorie targets based on your goals and biometrics to completely plan your nutritional intake for each day. Once your week is planned - OWNU will automatically assemble your weekly shopping list.

Fantastic app

I have tried many fitness apps and can say that this is definitely one of the best. The workouts are fantastic with all Hanna’s plans loaded on there included in the subscription, and more have already been added since the launch. A great variety of plans for all fitness levels and home and gym options.
On top of that their customer service is amazing. They are always working to improve the app and welcome feedback from users. Any time I have contacted them they reply so quickly and always with friendly and helpful responses. 100% would recommend.

App review

Was following Hanna on Instagram for a while and decided to purchase her app. Very happy with the purchase. The guides keeps me focused at the gym and I do not waste any time or take an unnecessary amount of rest in between sets. Like that you can keep track of weights. I love that Hanna and her team always listen to feedback and try and improve the app through updates. Certain exercises and videos could be more detailed and have more lifting cues. I do wish that the timer on the cardio portion of certain guides was an actual Interval timer, would help while doing interval sprints. I would like to see a warmup, cool down and foam rolling guide on the app in the future. And a calendar/wellness journal would be the icing on the cake

Everything you need in the one place!

I’ve been using the app for about a month and it’s great. I love how easy it is to enter your own meals, there are so many exercise guides to choose from. Given that we are still in a UK lockdown, there are so many choices of guides for me to do at home. I’ve tried a few recipes for snack ideas and they are amazing! Thanks to the app I’ve gotten back my love for exercise!
