Where have you been all my life OYO you have made booking hotels so much more simple how it should be no waffle no gimmicks just bang pick your dates and book. And it’s a bit fun especially with refer a friend so far £125 earned towards stats nice one 👍. Keep going from strength to strength I’ve already made future booking and will be making lot more.

Decent hotel, useless app
Stay was fine. Downloaded the app thanks to all the “have a free nights stay when you download our app” posters around the hotel. Tried to log in with my phone number, it says “phone number already taken”. What?!? I’ve had this number for many years and never used this app before! Followed the “login with WhatsApp” button, takes you to WhatsApp with a pretyped message saying “press send to log in”, lo and behold nothing happened after about 5 attempts. Was really excited for the promotion and was going to make a weekend out of it and pay for an extra couple of nights as a mini holiday, but this app is such a headache I really can’t be bothered now 😂 Do yourself a favour and book on Trivago or something
Taking extra payment and being rude with the guests
I have to check in to the hotel cosmopolitan on 14th feb as I have make an online booking for ₹790 . When I have arrived the place,the hotel manager had charged me extra ₹800 saying that the rooms we booked are not good.
And now when I called up the customer care of OYO they are so unsupportive and disconnects the call while you speaking.
I had to visit Bangalore for the first time and OYO was the only source I could rely on and wasn’t expecting this kind of treatment .
This is so unfair for any person. Customer care has no clue how to deal with any situation. They intact disconnect the call and are not at all friendly.
In fact they put you on hold and just leave it that way.
I was going to have a word and sort this thing but had to put down the review. So that no other OYO customer should face what I have been through.
Cause we all look for a stay when we are to the new place , but this kind of experience totally ruins the plan of sticking with OYO.
