Amazing app! Would recommend!

I absolutely love this app! I have suffered with severe anxiety for as long as I can remember and I’ve never had the courage to actually get help and this app has changed my life! I love everything about it and that the premium is great and that it doesn’t force you and pester you to get premium and has great quality tools for the regular deal anyway. This app is so much more than meditation this is truly amazing and I use it all the time. I have everything I need on this app with the mood entries, progress, meditation, a hope board, health, goals, thoughts, guided paths and so much more! This app really has it all and helps me cope and the community is the best this app even helps you get a therapist or talk to your own. You don’t even need a mental problem to use this app you could use it for the health tracking or meditation but this has flipped my anxiety and I can see in the progress section of my emotions and health have skyrocketed since I started using Pacifica! I would recommend for anyone it’s awesome and I would say so much more but I would be writing this review for decades! Thank you Pacifica and I can’t wait to see what more is to come.

Perfect!

Great app for managing anxiety, stress, depression. Although aimed mainly from an anxious perspective, there is such a cross over with managing techniques that it helps across the board. There are guides to assist with CBT and mindfulness and how to do this and change thinking. There are also mediations which are, for me, a god send. I use them so much, especially just before bed to help clear my mind and aid my sleep - for me personally it works a dream (pun intended!). Although there is a premium aspect and initially people may think it's a bit steep - I did until I thought what was it I was paying for? Better mental health and quite frankly, that's priceless. I don't regret paying that one little bit because it gets used almost daily!

Amazing and so helpful

I’ve found this app so helpful. I’m able to track my habits which motivates me to complete them, as well as tracking my mood. The fact that I can write a comment with every mood entry means I use this as a way to journal and just let out my feelings. The community aspects are also helpful as you can talk to others and find tips and quotes and it’s just amazing. Also, I feel the inclusion of Meditations and the use of CBT methods in the Thoughts section is a very valuable thing which could help a lot of people. Would highly recommend this app for people struggling with their mental health, or even if you just want to track your daily habits and/or mood.
