Useful Little Programme
Paint Pro supports layers and transparency, making it an excellent tool for creating and/or formatting logos and other graphics. It's an easy-to-use and versatile piece of software that gets updated regularly with bug fixes, new functions and improvements on existing features. Ideal for non-professionals who want to do some graphics work without having to go on a course or read a massive textbook first.
Recently (Winter 2019), I emailed the developers with a request to add the function to curve text — I create logos for football clubs and often have to fit text to a roundel. They didn't email back but within two days, an updated version was ready to download containing exactly the added functionality that I had requested.
Very useful small app
Alternative to Paint Shop Pro on Windows platform for quick simple editing eg. resizing, changing aspect ratio of images.
Does exactly what its required to do and probably several other things too.
Would recommend it.
Very good bitmap editor
A good, fast, easy-to-use bitmap editor. Nice transparency handling. For basic touchup jobs and creating simple bitmap images, it is excellent value and works well.
