We will keep track of your emotions by our special functions! (Collect your daily emotions and activities). Also you can express how you're feeling through writing gratitude journal. Looking back can help you recognize patterns and gain insight into your anxiety triggers.

Gain Insights

Analyze journal entries to identify patterns in your anxiety. We provide mood analysis, activities analysis and app usages by means of statistical tools.

Supportive Community

We have a functional forum where everyone can share their mental health journeys, allowing you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and others!

AI Therapist Chatbot

Our custom-trained AI Chatbots simulate various types of therapists, including psychologists, social workers, life coaches, and philosophers. Feel free to ask them any questions you have, and they will provide guidance to improve your mental health.

Guided Breathing Exercises

Slow, deep breathing is a powerful relaxation technique. Panic Killer provides three major breathing techniques (4-7-8, 4-4-8 and 4-4-4) guide with exquisite animations and music to help relieve anxiety. Inhale positivity and exhale stress through breath-work meditation.

Soothing Music

We gather good quality relaxing musics and sounds to stimulate the relaxing "tingles" response. Crackling fires, flowing water, affirming whispers, flute, piano … . It helps immerse yourself in calming and comforting audio therapy.

Track Your Progress

Monitor the app usage of our PanicKiller. View statistics to see improvements in managing anxiety over time. Achievements motivate you to stick to practices that support your mental wellbeing.
