Paper Trail NETFLIX 9+

I was lucky enough to play a demo of this last year at an event, and I am so glad it’s finally been released! The artwork is stunning, and the background music is wonderfully calming, and I love puzzle games and I think this one is so innovative, with lots of replay value, as I would find it hard to remember what tricky folds I did to get through that level. Congratulations on the release, I wish you every success.

My life is very stressful at the moment, this game is something I look forward to playing and I’ll be sad when I finish it. It has a similar feeling to monument valley if you liked that.

Far too much prodding on the screen to ‘guess’ what the fold should be, and always ending up using the hints. No logic, just poor gameplay, rendered pretty by the artwork (hence the second star). As for the story… it’s too long winded, and interferes with the gameplay, whilst adding nothing.
Thank you Netflix for making this free to those of us with a subscription. To the developers, have you ever played your own games?!
