Ratings and Reviews
Zooming out issue
Love the game! The only issue that I would have is that you cannot zoom out enough to see more of your island but only small parts of it. I would love if that could be amended as I think it is a good feature for the game especially after months of playing when the island gets bigger . This is the reason I only gave 4 stars.
Paradise Island 2
Paradise Island 2 is awesome and the music is awesome as well I love the game , thank you for an awesome game I've got a problem though the music keeps going off and crashing and so is the sound the first time it happened which was yesterday I switched my iPad off then put it back on and it worked but the same thing has happened again today I put the game on and there is no music and no sound I know that it is not my iPad because the sound is up and so is the volume and my other games that I have got downloaded are alright the music and the sound on my other games is alright so it is not my iPad or anything else because everything else is alright , Could you please help me with my problem please? Because I am very disheartened by this because I love playing the game and because it is a great game to be honest it is an awesome game thank you. Thank you. Michelle.

Zynga has better support
I loved this game. I have played it for years and spend a lot on it. Until couple of days ago I received an invoice for in game purchase that I haven’t authorised plus the purchase wasn’t even in my game. I have contacted their customer support for a full refund and explanation why they withdrew money from my account without my consent and authorisation. What they said is that they will send the purchase to my game. Which they never did. I had to contact iTunes to get back my money. Not to mention that PI never even wrote a name of the person I was emailing with and the emails weren’t even proper emails and find them very, very rude. It was worst then dealing with Zynga support. And everyone who has ever dealt with Zynga knows what I’m talking about. PI support used to be extremely helpful, unfortunately now are absolutely useless. I deleted the game and I don’t think I’ll ever play it again.
