An easy to use app with a nice modern touch
Using this app has been a good experience, from the sleek design which doesn’t look out of date compared to many other apps out there these days, it’s simple and easy to use and I had no errors or bugs while using the app. Accessing live chat was also easy within the app, with the process working just as well as on the Parcel2Go website.
A great app for whatever package related needs you might have, with all the essentials from the website on one very user friendly app!
Too many parcels lost & damaged.
This would be a 0/5 if I could. I was so pleased to find this service however I have had several parcels go missing and damaged. The service for claiming is so drawn out and repetitive it’s draining and you don’t always get your full amount of money back when it is clearly the fault of the company. I’ve had parcels so badly damaged that the contents have been completely written off. Although this won’t apply to all the couriers, many seem to have no care for the parcels they are delivering. I had one parcel reach it’s destination at it had been cut or torn open, half the contents gone and then tape placed over the cut/tear! When looked into I was informed that the courier had been spoken to but there was no resolve on this situation!! I have had other parcels just completely lost and after the initial investigation had no follow up or compensation! You end up losing money using this service because unfortunately I guess you get what you pay for!

Awful customer service!
Using parcel2go was a painful, stressful, frustrating waste of time and money. There is no customers service at all. Chat operators say they will help you but no one contacts you back. They pretend they will help just to get you off the chat. Customs form that they sent me to use was not even looked at when I posted the item. extortionate customs charges where tried to be charged when delivering the parcel. Parcel was sent back to me as customer refused item due to the customs fee that parcel2go added on even though I had paid this already when buying the postage. Resent the parcel through Royal Mail and had no problem. Parcel2go will not take any responsibility for their mistake and will not refund me the postage. So now I’m out of pocket £20 for mistake they made. Do not use this company.
