Using this app has been a good experience, from the sleek design which doesn’t look out of date compared to many other apps out there these days, it’s simple and easy to use and I had no errors or bugs while using the app. Accessing live chat was also easy within the app, with the process working just as well as on the Parcel2Go website. A great app for whatever package related needs you might have, with all the essentials from the website on one very user friendly app!

OK then, have given this app 4 out of 5 because I’ve not used this app to book any collections yet so can’t comment on how good or bad it is to use in that respect, however I downloaded it so that I could better track the deliveries and have to say it’s excellent I that respect apart from the last vital bit of information that is required, which is Proof of Delivery, yes it sometimes tells me the time of delivery and occasionally a name, but when sending via UPS for instance it just states it was delivered, but no name or scanned signature or even a photograph which would be very useful when the customer is chasing delivery and sometimes the secretary will sign for the parcel and put it under the desk and forget to tell anyone!Customer account departments have a habit nowadays of demanding a POD before payment will be made and unfortunately this info is still not readily available, so please add the option to download a copy of the POD or a photograph so we have a fighting chance of being paid or at least figure out where the parcel was delivered!!!If you add the option to download a POD or photo of delivery I will change my rating from 4 to 5.
Too many parcels lost & damaged.

This would be a 0/5 if I could. I was so pleased to find this service however I have had several parcels go missing and damaged. The service for claiming is so drawn out and repetitive it’s draining and you don’t always get your full amount of money back when it is clearly the fault of the company. I’ve had parcels so badly damaged that the contents have been completely written off. Although this won’t apply to all the couriers, many seem to have no care for the parcels they are delivering. I had one parcel reach it’s destination at it had been cut or torn open, half the contents gone and then tape placed over the cut/tear! When looked into I was informed that the courier had been spoken to but there was no resolve on this situation!! I have had other parcels just completely lost and after the initial investigation had no follow up or compensation! You end up losing money using this service because unfortunately I guess you get what you pay for!

Not easy to add delivery instructions.False info is given on the help page. They tell you you can use the live chat to share delivery instructions for your address and they will send them to the depo but this is not true. I used live chat and they told me to contact the sender and ask them to contact Parcel2Go. I asked if I could talk to a supervisor or manager and complain about the false info on the help page and the agent said no, only the sender could send a complaint. Absolutely laughable customer service, very unhelpful and convoluted just to do something very simple so I am leaving a bad review as this seems to be the only way I can feedback on this poor experience with the company. Why tell me to use the live chat to share my delivery instructions if the agent just tells me to ask the sender?? Bizarre
