How does Parfetts Online App work?
Register and process orders in 5 Easy Steps using the Parfetts App:
1. Open the App on your smartphone
2. Browse our product range or search by product code, name or barcode image
3. Check stock availability and pricing
4. Place your order, then click and submit (partial orders can also be saved in the cloud to finish at a later date, on any compatible device)
5. Your order will be quickly processed and goods dispatched in line with our usual delivery terms.

Hi Team,
I’m using iOS 15.6 and updated the app to version 1.3.18.
The app used to work fine till then After updating the app it’s not working.
Not even able to scan the items or add items to basket as well.
Can you please sort it out ASAP.

Still bugs exists
After the new update your app becomes more unresponsive and hangs all the time. Sometimes automatically adding items to the cart without choosing. Please fix as soon as possible
So many bugs
The amount of bugs on the app is incredible, the time it’s taking to fix is too long, can’t place orders correctly with lots of returns, they don’t remove items on the app that aren’t in stock permanently
