This is the worst parking app I’ve ever used! The app is always crashing so have to phone the contact number to the call centre where the there is always dreadful a connection.I was told to reinstall the app, yet when I try and register my bank card the app just goes blank so I have no way of paying. So yet again I have to phone the call centre and request they email me a link, this takes time and I often miss my train making me late for work.I have asked over the phone if the staff can add my bank details to my profile, but they tell me they can’t do this.Such an awful app. Avoid using if possible.

The board in the car park said this company app was compatible with Apple Pay.. so after spending time to download the app, Apple Pay wasn’t even an option until I fill in all my card details into the app?! I don’t carry my card with me! Then to make things worse, the app wouldn’t even register my card.. kept coming up with a blank screen when I wanted to verify my card details.. so couldn’t use it and had to find another car park. Waste of time and made me really late for my meeting.

Crashes all the time , telling me payment card run out but card is still in date . Often app doesn’t start you just get black screen . Option park again in same place crashes . Need to use it as it’s the only method of payment to in my station car park . Before I use pay by phone never had one issue

Sign said at car park it had Apple Pay but you have to enter credit card. For a cashless park and pay and when hardly anyone carries credit cards with them it was extremely painful to use the app and enter details etc. I will be avoiding using car parks where this is the payment app in the future
