Pair the device once from your Passlite dashboard, hand it to your front-of-house team, and start validating customer passes the moment they walk in. WHAT IT DOES • Scan QR codes from any digital pass stored on the customer's phone • Stamp loyalty cards and unlock rewards • Redeem coupons and event tickets — with a wrong-day warning if the date doesn't match • Charge gift cards and top up balances • Grant entry to memberships, parking and boarding passes • See today's revenue, scan count, and recent customer activity at a glance • Manual code entry for damaged or unscannable barcodes • Offline queue: actions taken without signal sync automatically when you're back online BUILT FOR THE FRONT OF HOUSE • Face ID / Touch ID confirms charges, top-ups and redemptions — staff can't accidentally drain a balance • Voided and expired passes are rejected at scan time with a clear reason • Cooldown protection stops the same pass being double-scanned during a busy shift • Activity feed shows every validation today; long-press to copy the pass ID or share the receipt • Pull-to-refresh anywhere BRAND-AWARE The app picks up your venue's brand colour and logo from your Passlite dashboard, so the till device looks like an extension of your business — not a generic scanner. REQUIRES A PASSLITE ACCOUNT You'll need an active Passlite business account to pair this device. Sign up at passlite.io. Tap "Try demo mode" on the pairing screen to explore the app first — no account needed. PRIVACY Pass scans never leave the device unencrypted. The app reads QR codes locally and only sends a pass identifier to the Passlite API to look up the customer's pass. No camera images or video are ever uploaded.
