HORRIBLE APPLICATION ANS CUSTOMER SERVICE
The app doesn’t work for foreign numbers currently. When logging in the app doesn’t send an SMS to foreign numbers. This only applies to the app it doesn’t work.
I’ve asked for this to be fixed on the phone and by email for 2 months and they haven’t been bothered to do ANYTING! PLEASE FIX THIS ! I’ve bought a season ticket for this to not work ?????
Turkish football brings over 100 million dollars a year and they can’t even make a working application.

Worst app in the world
This app is designed to test your patience, to frustrate you. The most useless, non-intuitive, unhelpful app ever. It’s impossible to sign in, change your phone number without an sms going to your old number that you no longer have access to. How utterly stupid is that? In this day and age how can rubbish apps like this survive?
Update a few days later : managed to speak to customer service a few days after I left the initial bad comment. Went through 3 all very friendly people and my problem was solved. Thank you very much to the very nice ladies at Customer Service

Horrible Design and UX/UI
Probably the worst App to buy tickets I have ever used. It’s slow and clunky to navigate, doesn’t load the services you want such as ticket extension and personal details, and is extremely frustrating to use. Unfortunately, it’s the only way to buy tickets for football in Turkey, so you have to endure the pain and put up with a horribly designed and functioning app.
