How does it work?

My request for an ID photo was accompanied by a swift expectancy. However; it seemed to take a long time!!
My second appraisal revealed that I had NOT followed the instructions properly.
Had I done so, a ‘swifter’ completion would have definitely occurred.
This is a simple, well supported, very easy to use process, competitively priced, which I thoroughly recommend.
Data protection???
This is the second app I tried. The first was honest by telling me that my photo would stay on their server for a month. Deleted that before using it. This one let me proceed then after I went to ‘use photo’ it told be my photo would be reviewed by experts before being sent back to me! How naive do app developers expect the public to be about privacy?
Experience with a couple of ‘passport photo’ apps has also revealed a hole in the app permissions system on iOS. When an app says it needs to use the camera, well, obvs. Does that give the app permission to phone home and share your photo with a server that’s probably abroad? No idea and app permissions in iOS doesn’t deign to tell me.

Hello,
Our application is 100% secure, no photo can be transmitted to a third party. Your photo is kept for 6 months, the time it is legally validated, and is then deleted.

Easy to use but pointless app
Took a photo easy enough then goes to a payment screen where it says to make the image comply with standards which is puzzling as uk government state must be unaltered by any photo editor so not sure on that one
However I went to pay but there was an error on processing with natural light beginning to fade I simply took a photo with my iPhone directly on uk passport online application passed first take just follow the guide given on the government site no need for apps that charge your phone already has it for free
