“Great Service”
I used the service to send money to India. From point of sending to receiving confirmation from my relative that the money was in his account took no more than 2 minutes. Speed was better than I expected. Very impressed with service and great rate as well.
Customer sevice non-existent
I’ve used their app called passto. My details were verified and I used their international transfer for direct bank to be credit to my brothers bank account in the Philippines for the first time. After a day of this transaction their app flaggging up as in progress and the money hasn’t reach my brothers account. In a similar remittance centres this type of transaction normally completes after few minutes. Like Remitly, Azimo, worldremit etc. These remittance centres has the same app like Passto. I chat with Passto on their live chat and Abdul replied after several hours it was already nearly 4 pm and I was told the problem is in receiving end bank account and was referred to the technical team. After a day I tried to get an update as early as 9am- both their online chat and landline numbe all are not responsive. It seems my money has disappeared without a trace. I emailed them today with a letter head of COMPLAINT. I am now going to FCA if they still ignore me.
Amazing app for money transfer
Very good rate and low fees. If you compare this app has best rate as compared to any other app I know or available in UK. Also transfer rate is fast, 1-2 minutes max. I have been using this for more than a year now.
