Best Hypnotherapy App I've found
This is the best hypnotherapy app I've come across yet. This one is totally set up for people who want suggestions that can be buried deep in the unconscious while they sleep. The choice of long induction facilitates that very well. I can't recall the specific suggestions but the results are very clear. Another factor that makes for such a brilliant app is the range of in app purchases that I've accumulated. In short, it's versatile, creative & effective. Go for it. It's my favourite.
Past life
Although I am yet to experience any of my past lives , listening to this app helps me sleep. The voice is soothing and the fantasy of having experienced previous life's means that usually I am able to drift off into a peaceful slumber. Who knows after repeated listening I could finally discover that I was Cleopatra or maybe a pig farmer in Kent.
