Responses can be collected without Wi-Fi, and are stored on your iPad ready to be synced when an internet connection is available.

Password protected settings screen allows you to see the number of responses collected, synchronisation status and other details.

The app will automatically reset to the first question after a minute of inactivity, so if a patient leaves part way through completing the survey their answers will not be visible to other patients. You can also customise this timeout period.
