I’m a bit annoyed. I had already purchased one the the apps for weight loss. I went to use it and was told the app was no longer available. Then to find the new app. I’ve tried to sign in to see if I can still use the app I have already purchased but I need to sign up for a subscription. There is a button where you can retrieve purchased apps but nothing happens when pressed. Shame as I enjoyed the last app, but will not be spending money on a yearly subscription, and feel that I should be able to use the app I’ve already paid for.

I downloaded this after suffering a really bad time with my MH. I was waking in the early hours with panic attacks and I wasn’t able to sleep. Worst time of my life. This app has been my saviour. Now when I wake and feel like the world is crashing in on me, I pop on one of the hypnosis recordings through my ear buds and it melts the crisis away. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone as an essential part of their mental health toolkit. I am sleeping much better, I am feeling more resilient and life is looking much more positive now.

I have to say that this app is brilliant. I have a lot of Paul McKenna books as I always find the topics interesting and helpful. I love having an app that covers most of them and I listen to one every night and often through the day too. Has helped me through some rough patches and I have it on repeat subscription as I really wouldn’t want to be without it and feel it is money well spent. Thank you for creating such a great app.

Such a game changer , this has totally transformed my way of thinking and my brain in just 3 weeks of use I feel like a new person! I don’t even recognise myself … for the better !! What an amazing app at such a reasonable price ! Paul you are a miracle , so grateful for you 🙏🏼
