Excellent Service
The app is so simple and easy to use! Easy to navigate the menu and design is tidy and not too busy. There’s no way to track your order once it’s placed but they provide the store number and they were more than happy to update on the phone which was lovely. I look forward to my next chippy order!

Can’t save card details
It’s a good app but you used to be able to save card details and it doesn’t seem possible any more. It prompts for a “new card” each time with no option to remember details. Takes away a lot of the convenience of an app when you have to enter card details each time
