Kids app - too expensive! AVOID!

I am sorry, but after downloading this app and finding that it would be £7.99 per month!! For an educational CHILDREN’s app, is just GREEDY and DISGUSTING. The developer tells us that this money goes towards making the app “ad-free” and “improve educational content” is absolute rubbish. This is a kids app, not meant to adults. Charging their parents £8 per month is just completely wrong. The developers should be utterly ashamed. Disgusting. £100 per year for children’s educational app. You wouldn't pay full price for a child at a zoo. The developers should understand the concept of small gains selling often. I am sure if it was £1 per month the developers would make more money!!! But i think greed comes into it. App deleted without spending a penny. Good luck.

Paid for app but still can’t access

We paid for the app £7.99 for the pleasure as son loves Paw Patrol and figured it would keep him busy. Had to restore purchase a couple of times now realised he’s playing the restricted version with ads. Try to restore purchase and says nothing to restore. Says to log out and back in again but for life of me can’t find how to do this??? Have paid through to 30/05 so no reason why we can’t accessed. Tried to sort it out but to no avail. Have cancelled through Apple ID and requested refund. For a child’s app, should be fully accessible to them not having to worry about whether he has what has been paid for. We also have PEPPA Pig and Bluey so I know he has safe reputable games to play and had no issues with them whatsoever.

Very Poor Trial Period

I downloaded this as I was prepared to pay the annual subscription cost and even waive the 7 day free trial. Once in said trial it appears you can only access, what I assume, is a fraction of the content even thought the developers website states that at launch (no stated end date) you will have FULL access to the app during the trial period.

Based on the minimal content available in the free trial and no glimpses or adverts of what else is available in the full version I will be cancelling any subscription and deleting the app. Poor communication even if it is ad free. Fully prepared to receive a scripted response that doesn’t allude to any issues raised much like other reviewers.
