Worst app ever
I included everything in that account. My details, proof of address and they close my account for no reason whatsoever.
They don’t include why they close my account. I didn’t violate no rules.
Been closed 2 already. Worst app ever please don’t downloaded. They can take your money anytime for no reason.
Verification and transaction fees
The main drawbacks are the hefty transaction fees and the slow verification process. They told me they couldn’t accept my bank statement at first because it wasn’t a bank statement. It was. Then they told me they couldn’t accept it before of the specific bank (a major UK bank). Then they changed their mind through all the talking to support.
Trash
Trash app. I can’t even create my account. When I enter my name and address it automatically show me passcode page which I didn’t even set up yet and it obviously won’t let me log in. If you spend money and time on creating something why would you create trash app?!
