Simple enough, but needs work

Firstly if you use this app as a one off for the odd visit into a city centre then you’ll be fine. It’s fairly simple to set up enter your car details, setup payment and you’re up and running.

The app features a nice map function that allows you to find the parking you’re looking for or alternatively it uses geo-location to pick the nearest one.

The two issues I have with this is a; you cannot top up once you purchase a maximum ticket, meaning you arrive at 8:30 on day one and pay you cannot top it up until 8:31 the following day, which means the sometimes your sat in your car waiting for the current one to expire before you can purchase another... Wait, you’re probably thinking just wait until it expires and it will send a notification through ... well that leads me into my second issue - I have all my notifications turned on, on my phone and both text and push notifications on the app and they simply do not work. If I get into the office and get caught up in the day to day, there is no reminder for me to do this and by the time I remember I’ve already received the inevitable parking ticket.

Probably not worth it yet if you’re using this on a daily basis.

After a year and half ongoing ‘data connection lost’ bad experience, I have to regretfully write this bad review. Though my network got good strength most of the times, I face this issue all the times. Nowadays, it’s increasingly taking long time to pay for the parking - in average 3 to 5 mins - which must have been central purpose of this app. And this week has been the worst when I can’t pay though app instead I have to ring the number on the signage for payment. And it’s not only me but my colleagues at my workplace are all facing the same problem when they got Three and Virginmedia networks with good strength. And I got Vodafone.

I hope you can improve on your network programming so there could less data connection loss. Before you were doing service at the place where I work, RingGo was serving and honestly, I never faced any such problem. If you can work on this issue and improve your app, I’d promise to review my rating and upgrade it.

One more thing, at the moment getting invoice though app doesn’t seem to exist unless I haven’t checked properly. I am sure it could be easily generated as how RingGo does.

DUDEFIN!!!!😎😎 ,

Impossible to register , terrible lengthy phone process

This app is appalling. I tried to use it fir the first time so clicked on Register and out in my phone number, email and choose a password. Tried to proceed and it complains about the password not being correct even though I'm creating a password for the first time. When I go and try again it says phone number in use. Hopeless. Then when you enter the parking location, the screen shows a massive picture of Tower Bridge making me think I'd entered the wrong location. The service to pay by phone is so flawed. After putting all your details, if you change vehicle, you then have to enter the all your details again! Ringing is so much easier by phone and by app!
