No billing!!
Apparently when we called Paymentsense a few weeks ago about being overcharged (resolved, by the way) they said they were aware that the ‘billing’ wasn’t working on the app.
Aware…but still not resolved… 🙄

A fundamental bug!
The app pulls information from the processing bank, but does not pull ALL of the information through. So, according to customer support, refund attempts ALL pull through, indistinguishable from successful refunds, whereas only SUCCESSFUL payment transactions pull through, & attempts don’t. At least that’s what they told me.
Ultimately, this means that customers cannot trust that transactions which appear on the app are successful, nor that those not showing haven’t actually gone through. So the app actually tells you nothing reliable, and you end up on the phone to them, on hold, for ages. Again and again and again.
Doesn’t work any more
This used to be a really useful tool for keeping tabs on the business. Then it lost the ability to look back beyond yesterday, giving me zeros for previous days. Now I don’t even get the current day, only yesterday. When it worked it would have had 5 stars but it has given up and so have the support team who have failed to resolve the problem.
