really high transaction fees but at least it does what it needs to do in a very reasonable manner. Its competitors such as “Wise” would keep on blocking you the moment you receive anything above $1,000. Whereas Payoneer might request proof of income, but they are really reasonable about it and they won’t block you without any reason or any notification. Huge respect, honestly satisfied so far!

It was such a horrible experience! For proof of address, I was asked for service or utility bill, tax documents, or credit card or bank statement, and they had to have my name and address on them. Since I don't payment the bills in our home, I couldn't get service or utility bill documents, and my tax document was over 6 months old. So I had to get my bank statement. Ironically, they allowed the option for bank statement scanned copy , but rejected me when I did upload a scanned copy, they're rejected by saying they need pictures of the original. Alright, then why on earth did they allow an option for scanned copies?? Anyway, I got the original and uploaded pictures, and got BLOCKED! I was beyond mad! I'm just a broke student trying to earn some because I get no money at all. I had hope when I got this app that maybe I can earn for myself and get some freedom but they ruined that! Them and their horrible company. Horrible. Gets one star from me. I would have given zero stars if there was an option.

Payoneer (or as I like to call it, Payafee) is an example of a silly bank with hidden fees and appalling customer service.I signed up to this bank in 2021 as this was the only option for a payout for a freelance service which clearly stated FREE transfers. I then never used that service and never logged back into Payoneer and totally forgot about their existence.A couple weeks ago, I started something new which also stated deposits to this bank would be free. So, unaware of even having an account with these guys, I logged back in (2 years later). I made a deposit of around £20 and the next day it was gone. They charged me an annual fee because I had not deposited at least £2000 in the past year.My account never got suspended for having a nil balance for so long, and I never got notified of this new fee imposed. Of course they have refused to give me my money back. No banner for the updated fee, no email notification. They’re just sat there stealing money off people. I received nothing in return for the money they have taken therefore this is considered stealing.Also, just to add that you can only withdraw a minimum of £40.Choose a different bank, there are many business banks free of charge out there with no minimum withdrawal limits and no hidden fees!
Blocked my account and took my money

For months they have been asking for different proof of address. I’ve provided 5 or 6 different documents with my address on it. I’ve did everything and even put them all together in one document so they could see all 5 at once. They still didn’t accept it. They even said that it was blurry when it wasn’t at all. So they blocked my account and there is no way to access my money. It’s been 5 months trying to solve the issue with them and now I’m convinced they aren’t interested in solving it and just want to keep my money. I never write reviews but I felt I just had to warn people. DONT KEEP MONEY IN THESE ACCOUNTS, ONCE YOU HAVE ENOUGH THEY WILL BLOCK YOU.
