I NEVER write reviews but I will have to make an exception on this occasion. I was trying to make an online credit card transfer to bank account through pay pal and after many, many unsuccessful attempts through this source and others, I stumbled across paysend. I had to contact my card issuer at first to confirm transaction then after 5 mins all was well. Very convenient and service and quite fair too as to send to someone you know there are no fees so they are not greedy. Very happy with this service as without them I don’t know how I would have made this transfer as it is online/store card only. So thank you paysend very happy customer.

I found this service through a Google search and decided to use it to send money to someone. The website itself was easy enough to use, but the transfer process was far more complicated and time-consuming than I expected.I understand the need for security checks, so providing proof of ID made sense. However, after that there was a constant back-and-forth with customer service, which dragged the process out over several days. For something that was supposed to be a quick money transfer, this was very frustrating.I appreciate that companies need to protect against fraud and scams, but after providing photo ID, a selfie, and using a card with my name on it, I felt that should have been sufficient. Unfortunately, it was the customer service and lengthy verification process that let the experience down.

I’m rating this 5star so it comes up on the reviews but this is a 0 star product. Do not use this service they are shocking the worst bank I have ever used. Just check the most recent reviews and see for yourself. Rubbish technology, delayed payments, and the worst customer service. Please save yourself the trouble and do not use Paysend.Please do not use this service under any circumstance I cannot stress how much pain and anguish this has caused me. My mental health has suffered as a result of using Paysend.

The most annoying part of this app is that the majority of the time your transactions don’t go through. They’ll happily let you put money into the account, but of all the times I tried to send money out of my account, only twice did it work. Every other time there was a security reason or other why they couldn’t allow the transaction. What’s worse is that most of the time they don’t notify you about these until you go onto the help chat and ask. Then you (or whoever is the account holder your trying to send to) have to jump through a series of very annoying hoops to get the money to send. To add insult to injury the exchange rate they offer is pretty terrible so you’re not even saving money compared to if you just sent money the old fashioned way. Essentially this app is a very annoying giant waste of time.
