Impressive
Very good quality scans. OCR is decent, though not foolproof (I’m guessing around 95% accuracy). Recognises text blocks, but I’m not sure if this is accurately selectable in the final PDF. Can create folders for organisation, but needs search function, both at folder level and within the OCR’d file.
This scanner is a serious competitor to Readdle’s Scanner Pro, which for me is the gold standard. And it’s actually very nearly there! The colour rendition is actually better! Shame the OCR text isn’t overlaid on the scan accurately and on a clear overlay panel. Other than that, this scanner is beating most if not all the other big names out there, in terms of document scanning.
Great design, amazing app!
Loved using this app to scan my files. It’s so easy to share them with my own email which makes working so easy. It’s also really beautiful too, and intuitive to use.
What a useful app - don’t go anywhere else!
Good. Just one tweak.
It’s a good app. I got it in an offer. One small issue, when you manually crop you can’t see where you’re cropping because your thumbs cover the ‘handles’. Developer advised to upgrade to Scan Studio 6, however I’m unable to find that in the App Store.
