Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off no later than 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions and auto-renewal can be managed/turned off in the iTunes account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited as soon as a subscription is purchased.

Better than other free PDF readers
I have tried a number of the PDF apps as I need to annotate lecture notes for university. This app is well synced with iCloud so any changes get saved and I don’t have to import/export files which gets confusing. Also love the feature of being able to save as editable or flattened PDF. I often add ‘comments’ on my PDFs to add longer bits of text, and these are readable and printable using Preview on my mac which is ideal, its the main reason I use this app over others. Also with the bigger ipad, I love being able to read more than one page on the screen which I couldn’t figure out how to do with acrobat!
I just hope that my annotations and comments are safe with the software.

Good app
I originally posted a bad review as version 2.0 caused other apps to report my PDFs as corrupted but to be fair to the developers they’ve fixed this now.
It’s a good PDF annotation app with lots of useful features and plays better with iCloud Drive and new Files app than some other PDF apps out there so definitely worth checking out if you use that. Being able to open a document directly from the Share menu and edit in place is so useful. User interface could use a little polish still.

An awful lot to like
There's a lot to like about PDF Viewer - which, by the way, is more than a viewer. You can edit (remove, reorder pages), annotate, draw, and so on. It's a goodish reader, with good search and outlining to help with long documents, which it handles well. And it has excellent import functionality from other apps. But you can't open documents from Dropbox or elsewhere - you can only import a copy. The reader is a little clunky at page turns when you're zoomed in - you get zoomed out, which is annoying on every single page. And it's a little unstable. I think this could be really good if the developer can keep taking it forward.
