This app has helped me for lesson plans and techniques that i can use for my PE sessions in schools!
The app also has brilliant videos which show skills and drills for the children to take part in to help improve their skills and ability in PE. This app is definitely worth it for upskilling yourselves and helping you to become better at coaching or teaching PE.
