Good game but ruined by recent updates which cause game to freeze often

I like this game. It’s fun and includes all the characters we know and love! However, the game has recently started to freeze when watching the skip videos/cash videos meaning you watch the video but then as it freezes, you don’t get the reward. You have to shut down and reopen the app to get it working. Also it’s started to really slow down after being open for more than a minute or two - again you need to shut down to get it back up to speed. This is quite off putting and if it continues I will have to rethink playing unfortunately. I am playing on up to date IOS and app updates.

Great game but …….

I love this game however it does have quite a few issues, which can be both costly & annoying!!
Be aware when actually purchasing the packs. I decided to buy one. The items were awarded, however, the dollars, coins & pack inventory space weren’t. I queried it with customer support, did everything that they asked & was still told they couldn’t do anything about it. I then had to go through Apple support to try to get it refunded.
You can spend items, dollars & coins to expand your land only for it to being reset to locked when you try to open it after hours of waiting. Which again, you contact customer support do everything they ask & again they can do nothing.
I appreciate all the time & implications to both building & maintaining a game of this quality & size. This is one of the reasons I occasionally purchase a pack, is it’s good to support the developers etc.
However, what is the point in having customer support if the answer is always, “ we can do nothing about that”? 🙄

Please, could you send us all the information you mention to our email snoopy@pixowl.com so we can investigate your accusations and see what happened? Keep in mind, that you were correctly informed that purchases will never get partially credited, as they get credited automatically by the system. As well, unfortunately, Apple does not provide Pixowl with the transaction information necessary to do refunds.

If you changed your mind or accidentally made a purchase, please contact Apple Customer Support. Only Apple can refund a purchase made on iOS. You can contact them through your billing receipt. A blue link marked "Report a problem" is placed below the description of your purchase, this is not just Pixowl, but ANY purchase made by the App Store.

Updates cause game to freeze

I love this game but it keeps coming up with a screen saying an update is taking place and to check back later to see what changes have been made. It just freezes and it doesn’t matter how long I leave it, it just stays frozen and I have to delete that app, reinstall it and start all over again. So fed up with doing this, it’s currently frozen, if I have to start again from scratch , it will be the last time I play.
