Overall Quite Good

The app itself is nicely set-up with plenty of plans to choose from. I use an Apple Watch when running and the overall watch display is adequate when trying to stay in the recommended heart-rate zones - this however, is where the app needs improvement. As there is so much emphasis on staying in the correct heart-rate zone, it seriously needs haptic feedback on the watch to warn you when you are in (or strayed out of) the recommended zone. Also it needs far better integration with the native music and podcast apps - so 1 star deducted. Other than that a useful fitness app.

What an app!!

I’ve done many forms of running for over 25 years now; from sprinting through to middle distance and OCR. I have also used a variety of running apps, a mixture of free and paid for apps. For me, this is by a long, long way one of THE best running apps I have ever used.

The features and workouts are excellent, heart rate monitoring is spot on and it all syncs seamlessly with my Apple Watch, iPhone 8, Wahoo TickR X and PowerBeats Pro earphones.

The audio and coach feedback is very cleverly done and has always been on point - I’d recommend wearing headphones whilst doing any of the huge variety of workouts to get the best results from the heart rate training.

Overall, a very good app for running but also other workouts. Can’t recommend it enough; ditch all the other apps and commit to this app.

Good workout plans terrible reliability

The app has great work out plans however it is extremely unreliable to use and has constant errors and problems such as loss of data and erroneous synchronisation to partner apps and devices.
