Niggled
I’ve loved this game ever since I came across it but my other half has only just started letting me to spend money to buy items that I’ve wanted for a while but now I’ve got myself into a bit of a pickle with my bank so he won’t let me pay anything out for games now & especially when I told him that I also had to pay to open up more storage but I don’t blame him because it is my fault for getting us into trouble with having an addiction to this game but this is not why I’ve commented. My problem is, Why has it suddenly start asking to be updated but when I pressed OK to update, It kept saying restart the game & because it kept doing it about 2 hours ago I closed the game then went to update it the only other way I knew how but every time I pressed update it was asking to verify request to view billing even though it’s a sort of free game & it now says the same thing when I try to update other updates but when I press OK to (view billing) the ok button flashes as I press it but
(((( NOTHING HAPPENS ))))!!!!

Cant send energy , tickets or gifts an cant collect
This has went on long enough all it says is sorry thers a problem we will sort it as soon as we can its been about a week or so now my team mates r fed up with this to i feel likedeleting the game , i hav already finished it an i hav nearly finished the game again so if it cant get sorted i will just delete an get another game to play , plz sort this.............. Just want to say a big thank you for sorting this an getting it fixed i can now send tickets energy an gifts to my friends thank you so much an i apoligise f i was a bit rude in my last reply ty cathie

Missing energy or tickets
I'e been playing this for a while, and like snoopy1946 I've had problems with missing Captain tickets and energy, because the game stops and keeps saying 'no internet connection', when I know there is because other family in the same room are playing other games without losing internet connection. When this happens if I'm playing the Captain game it takes one ticket from me, if I'm in the main game, playing a scene and the 'no connection' alert comes on, I lose one energy. I told the game tech team and a couple of times they gave me the lost ticket/energy, but then said it must be something wrong with my system! Well, they're in the last chance saloon, if it happens again I'm outta here! Shame really coz I enjoy playing when it's running properly!
