If you invest time (and money on the in-app purchase workout films) then this app will deliver. I toned-up impressively when I first followed this app, I'm now returning to it after a running injury and finding it — once agin — very effective.
Great app - worthwhile
I would recommend this app to anyone who has already tried some Pilates classes and would like something a bit more challenging (there are some modifications for beginners however).
Although I'm in my first month of using this app, I can already feel the difference to my abs after doing the exercises.
It's definitely an app I'd like to continue using for some time.
