Have it like a year or 2. Using it often in Morrisons. Tried many app but this one is where get the highest %. Also this is the only one what I tried where you don’t need to save money and cash out its just cheaper to buy gift cards. I had an issue few days ago when I paid its crashed. Contacted costumer support as they charged my card. Next day I got reply they can see something went wrong and they will send the money back. Few hours later got notification fromY bank the money is on the way and will reach me in 5 days.It’s a shame you only can use it through your workplace.

App works really well. Recent updates means it’s smooth and simple to get the benefits I redeemed via the computer and vice versa. A great companion app to a great benefits platform. Previous companies I’ve worked for have had various other benefits providers, Perkbox is by far the best and easiest to use.

I love the idea of this app, and the perks you get a great. Remembering to use them is sometimes a bit of a pain, but it is great to know that it is there when I need it. I’m fully on board with the idea of the app.I am a registered blind VoiceOver user, the accessibility of this app is, not great. Just about usable, but with difficulty. I’d like it to improve if possible. It’s just little things, so I hope that the team can look into them. But I would absolutely rate this higher if it worked well with VoiceOver.

Three times in as many weeks the app has not connected to payment/banking for Sainsbury’s gift voucher. I use the Perk every week but more recently it seems it needs powerful WiFi to work and not 4G.Very frustrating when you are stood in the shop trying to by a voucher! However the App has saved me a good amount of pennies with other companies. I will have to guess my voucher value before I go to Sainsbury’s in future.
