Worst parking app I have ever had to use!

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would!
How this app can be used by carpark operators is a mystery to me! It doesn’t work and people get fined for not paying their parking fee!
It took me 10 minutes to download, set up profile and add car and payment details (all with little impatient kids next to me)! Then I went through the payment process and the app didn’t let me know that there was an issue so I believed all was good just to find out 10 days later, receiving a fine, that it didn’t go through!
No history in the app, no payment taken and no text message!
Called the number in the app “contact us” just to be told that if I didn’t have a screenshot of the session they couldn’t do anything!?! Honestly!?! Since when do you need to take a screenshot if you are under the impression that all is ok and your session is booked and running...

Worst nightmare of experience using this app for parking

This is the app that causes me the most stress when I have to get my daughter on time for her medical appointment. If I could, I would give it a minus 10 rating, take you to court for not offering the service you are supposed to offer, for all the stress caused by app's bad user journeys where in the end it is not possible to sign in even when nee password was updated. A vicious circle of hell that I will report to the relevant local authorities to remove your contract as I cannot go through this again and I need to take action against bad services which cause people unnecessary stress. You are ruining people's lives with this service! Impossible to use.

A truly staggering level of incompetence

As someone who builds apps for a living it’s hard to imagine the level of active effort that goes into building something this terrible. From ignoring every basic security standard to any concept of user experience, it’s essentially impossible to find a redeeming feature here. Anybody responsible for procuring this payment system should be fired for gross negligence. There are many many systems out there which make parking booking quick and easy, this is not one of these. Park somewhere else even if it’s many 100’s of miles away, it’s easier than safer than giving these clowns your credit card details.
