Phone Buddy Phone Lost Alert 4+

The app I’ve been waiting for

Found this app after it was recommended in an Apple News article. This app adds functionality that should be included as a built-in feature of the Apple Watch but isn’t. A few teething problems with alerts using Apple Watch series 5 with an iPhone XR that the excellent Phone Buddy Support Team were quick to resolve. This app has features such as fake calls that I don’t plan on using but the ‘Lost Phone’ alerts will mean that never again will I leave my phone in the car only to realise when I get to my office and have to go back and get my phone! Early days with this app but so far so good - very pleased to have found it and purchased the lifetime Active Version without hesitation. It was the excellent support I received that led me to leave my first ever App Store review.

Works great but watch battery

App does what it says. If your forgetful then this is for you as you never have to worry about forgetting your iPhone or Apple Watch.
Down side, it does effect battery. I’ve seen a drop between 15-20% in my daily battery usage. I’m hoping the developer can address this and I’d prefer it to be about 5%, but it’s not. Great app though and worth the investment

Nothing new for a monthly sub - ask Siri & she tells you for free! Fail

It’s handy info but there are plenty of free alternatives and ping iPhone is a built in feature we have the find my app to find any Apple device and it’s all free. 99p a month is silly money for little information and a whole chunk of battery life if you set a complication just to say it’s active & I presume it’s always pinging the BT chip for the signal (or is that WiFi or 4G?) then should we lose our watch skip apples find my and pay £9 for a one time find. No thanks. Nice enough if it were free or a one time fee which could be done using ads in the phone app or similar ways instead of bleeding us for so little - I got loads of subs & don’t need more going out for info that I don’t even need to look at. All of apples apps do a far better job as does Siri! “Hey Siri what’s my watch battery?” or ”Hey Siri...ping my phone!”...
Hey Siri cancel this subscription lol 🤦‍♂️

We are sorry for the confusion, we offer subscriptions to allow people to try the app completely free (we can't offer free trial without also offering subscription) and we also provide a *One Time* purchase option where you can pay ONCE for lifetime use of the premium features. This is probably what you are looking for instead of subscription!
