On iPhone
There are times when it doesn’t show the right clients in the right columns, when I view it on my iPhone, which is extremely frustrating. This needs to be more reliable when viewed on iPhone
Old app far better
The new one is alot slower and fiddly to use. As a therapist, we need to quickly view clients history with one click and swoosh like the old add.. this one has too many buttons and options. Also moving clients into differnt colums - there’s no warning if they were requests or if there are double room bookings.. the old app would warn you before switching them.
This app seams to be more like a computer screen, not thinking about how fast we need to scroll over info quickly. Also its not compatiable with my 6 i-pads my staff use. I now have to buy 6 newer ipads. Not happy with it at all.
Can’t input or edit breaks
Frustrating that you can’t edit breaks, move appointments etc on the mobile app. Need to be able to utilise more functions definitely loads of improvements to be made
