Pleased.
I never really pay for apps, but I'm glad I did this time. I love it! I have created some great looking photos. Also you can save the image, then go over it again with new affects which is nice. Very pleased.
Value for money
I was torn between two apps to start with, 1) FX Foto Pro and 2) FX Photo Studio Pro, both being what I would call "think before you buy apps" only because they both say they offer lots but then thats what you pay for. Then I stumbbled upon this beauty at half the price and with so many extra features and effects to use all with either preset or user define adjustments.
They even offer a lite app but with not so much in the way of user define but still worth while a purchase for those who might just want to click and apply effects.
This app is great for effects but does not replace apps such as Pixelmator or Photoshop, those kind of apps are more for layer editing and efects and this app is purley for effects.
Working in the photo industry I'm normally using programs llike Photoshop but sometime all I want to do is create a few effects or add a frame to an image, so opening up a memeory intensive program like Photoshop can be a real pain. This app solves that problem and if I could give it more than 5 stars i would.
Total value for money, easy to use interface (even with the user define presets) and a real godsend app.
A bit disappointed!
I uploaded an image to edit but when i clicked on the options at the top, i.e. Vignettes, frame and FX all the thumbnails on the left disappeard and had no idea which effect to apply as i couldn't see them. I had to quit the application and then upload the image again to see them. This would be very time consuming and very annoying. Also, i'd like to add that it doesn't shut down, you have to 'Force Quit' to close it. I think an update is in order. W
