Ants approved digital process
I needed a digital photo approved for ANTS. The digital number and copies of photos arrived by email within the same day and worked perfect for driving licence application.
Takes your money and then says there’s an error.
After registering an account with my email and password, I then proceeded to take a photo as required by ANTS for my French driving licence. Once the photo was taken and I verified it with my signature, the app took my payment of 5€ and then told me there was an error and to try again. But each time you try again, you have to pay another 5€ and there does not seem to be any way to get a refund for each time the app encounters an error! Hopeless!
Language option doesn’t appear to work
The app is described as being available in English or French. Within my phone settings I checked that the English language was selected for this app. It shows English as the default. Unfortunately this doesn’t appear to transfer to the app itself which remains in French. Am I missing something?
