Excellent idea

This is a brilliant app, and is not a scam as the previous reviewer thinks. Yes it is blank but that's because you're supposed to add your own photos!
You can create your own photo of an exercise and add it in from your photo album or even take one of the patient themselves doing the exercise, using the app's inbuilt camera function. Then you can add in reps, sets, weight, time and rest times in; plus then there's an extra box for additional information.
Having created an bespoke exercise programme, the app creates a PDF file which it will email to the patient. Outstanding!
There is room for improvement, such as it would be nice to have a text box for notes applicable to each exercise, rather than just having one for the overall programme, but it is great value and works extremely well; my patients love having themselves on their exercise programme!

A scam

This seems to be a scam. There are no exercises attached - the file is empty
