Picture Cross (also known as Picross, Nonograms, Griddlers, Hanjie, CrossPix or Paint By Numbers) is an addictive new puzzle game that combines problem solving logic with pixel art! A cross between Minesweeper and Sudoku, the goal of Picture Cross is to use the numbered hints around the outside of the puzzle to decide which pixels should be filled in and which should be left blank to reveal a pixel art image.

Great game but too many faults

Ads are so frequent and occur mid-move so almost deleted this straight away. However, the puzzles are really challenging and excellent, so I paid to remove the ads.

Sadly now I have deleted this anyway. You cannot continue a puzzle later - well sometimes you can but sometimes it resets and not even to the same puzzle which is very frustrating. Now getting loads of repeat puzzles...

Shame

Needs Zoom option

Love playing this puzzle, it can be a challenge at times but it’s enjoyable. On the larger grids with 15+ square there needs to be an option to zoom in or enlarge the grid, I’m going cross-eyed trying to see correctly!

Frustrating

Not a bad game but frustrated with having ads constantly popping up while playing. Ads between each game I don’t have a problem with but getting 3 or 4 during each game is ridiculous (and this is on the quick easy levels as only downloaded this morning). You lose your train of thought each time & have to work out where you were - dread to think what it’s like when you get to the tougher levels where you need to concentrate!
Will be uninstalling, won’t be keeping this game.
