Crashes / Appalling app
The app closes as soon as I attempt to enter my PW. What was wrong with the option to pay via your website?
Update - One year later and the added ‘functionality’ just leads to more crashes and the anxiety or whether a payment has gone through or you need to try again (at the detriment of possibly paying more than once).
1 star is not low enough.
Echoing the other reviews, what used to be a service provided via a functioning website where you could review outstanding balances and make payments is not a waste of time of an app which no longer lets you log in repeatedly crashes. Why even bother putting this out.
Awful for payment
It amazes me how an app can be so poor. Can’t seem to use a password manager to log in, or paste credentials in.
Payments come back as ‘paid’ immediately although nothing actually happens in the background.
When I chose legacy payment mode, it doesn’t accept my details.
