This game is amazing because it’s very satisfying and addictive! It’s very easy to get boosts and every day you get 30 minutes of unlimited lives! Coins are easy to get just in case you need extra moves and the game is actually hard but not too hard! There are ZERO ads and competitions, you can collect stickers to get boosts and coins! You can attack other players to get stickers, but be careful because people can steal them back and get revenge! I would 100% download this game if you are looking for a ad free break and challenge!

Great graphics and game puzzles BUT your developers cheat the play.
Why do boosters always create a chain reaction when you don’t want them to but never when you do? Massive explosion but the booster under the last duck doesn’t go off…you failed.
Why doesn’t the double diamond booster clear the board? It’s supposed to be the most power booster when doubled but when it’s your last move it never does?
Why haven’t you created more areas yet? Players earn rewards from completing each room?
Why has the ‘cost’ of each item to furnish each area gone up so much? Like it’s our fault you haven’t created more areas but you want us to use up the accumulated coins more quickly and slow down the coins reward?
There are so many times, these and other quirks in your programming are so heavily weighted in your favor.
It’s a great game. Fair play to you but even it up a bit please. You’re already making enough from coin purchases without trying to force a purchase.
Not enough coins and you offer me up to 30 extra moves to make a purchase but IF I have enough coins and simply buy my next 5 moves, you pull one of the above plays, I still lose and then you offer me another 5 for more than double the coins!
So please stop cheating the play and create more areas. Thanks

The game is addictive. It’s easy to play and very similar to lots of the others out there so if you like Royal Match, Kingdom etc then you’ll like this, probably more because of the many bonuses you are able to accumulate.
However.
The support desk appears to be unmanned. I have contacted them via the app and also via an email address I got from goggling the company. Zero response.
So will try here to see if it gets me anywhere.
Firstly, am unable to link to Facebook in order to change my avatar to an actual photo. I get so far then get a fail, try later message.
Secondly, it appears that some of my team have a competition to raise a pet. But that seems random and a shame we don’t all get that. Also, some team members have the option to watch ads in order to keep progressing. I do not.
Thirdly, a team member could not see any life or sticker requests so was unable to send any (she showed me screenshots so I know that happened).
I really don’t want this list to go on, but a reply from support would mean I could address each issue rather than having to ost it here.
Pretty sure you’ll reply to this but actions would speak louder than words. So please do something.
