THIS APP IS AMAZING!!! I can’t actually remember the first time I tried looking for a good app like this but this is what I wanted !!! It has so many capabilities to grow and move around with you as an individual. I appreciate that Casey has given samples of PIIT 1.0 as I can’t afford something so cheap myself (tell me about it) so I will definitely be using that !!! And don’t get me started on the calendar options!!! Obviously the only way I would make it better is to unlock the whole app but Casey has tried to do that already !!
Truly the best workout app out there
This app is extremely a god send. With the scheduled reminders it alerts you to be ready to workout. The gifs really help you to know how to do the workout moves and the fact you can listen to your music really gets me pumped😂🙆♀️! Also the meal plans from breakfast to snacks to lunch are amazing the quick delicious recipes are so helpful for when you want to eat healthy but you don’t know what to eat. To conclude this app has really got me on my A game when it comes to working out 💪🏻 SUMMER BOD HERE WE COME!!💖💖💖💖💖💖💖

This app looks very helpful and convenient with all the different workout sets. i think its very good that you have added all the healthy recipies as well, because i know it can be hard for a lot of people including myself to keep on track with meals and eating well, and the calendar feature is a good idea as you can plan your meals and workouts easily. Overall looking forward to using this more!
