Systems can be perfect, a bike stopped working and with no more than providing a complaint within the app I was quickly credited for my ride.
Getting things right first time is the ideal but making up for problems quickly is more valuable in the real world since perfect does not exist.
Great experience
The app is easier to use than Uber or in Bermuda “hitch” and you will get where you want to go before your taxi would have showed up!
Good start
More powerful bikes that can go up hill and a power only option would seal the deal . Great concept but I’m sweaty getting home.
