This app is really good and the other comment is not true just because you dont get notifications you can just click on the app dont be lazy (i get notifications) i want this app to be improved because sometimes logs me out but all the other things are great

It’s not the app’s fault that a school doesn’t utilise all of its features, but the developer has responsibility for its operation. The app on iPhone is quite buggy and crashes when switching between items. Sometimes it doesn’t load at all. The look is quite dated to my eyes, but I guess it does the job. Stability is the most important thing and it’s not quite up to the task.

The ap works fine for me but I am v concerned about the lack of a need for passwords or sign in or verification of even having a child at a school. In theory I could sign in to any school without having a child- and view all their information and photos. This is really a considerable oversight, in my view and needs to be addressed. I’m surprised that schools have taken this on given the lack of information security for their pupils.

Very happy with this app to get communications from my daughter’s school. It’s great. Works well without being too fussy.

Notifications have never worked. The amount of communications I have missed because of this. This app seriously needs redevelopment. The UI is slow and uneasy to use. I’m asking my school to suggest using a different platform.

Gets frozen/stuck and takes ages/so many days to get back to normal. Had to get my daughter’s homework from app but it’s stuck from so many days now will have to request her teacher to give me on paper as last day is fast approaching. Missed all important notifications from school 😏
