Try many, chose the best.

Countless CRMs in my long journey before to reach Pipedrive, that’s why I can spot why I love Pipedrive.
One simple point? The customer care is absolutely amazing! These guys are kind, clever, fast in help you effectively. No hassle! And they all are funny, you can laugh with them, seriously. You will laugh because the way in which they all interact with you will make you happy. No way, you can fall in some strong marketing messages like huge discount (first year) that someone else promise, but as long as you don’t test Pipedrive you can’t understand how serious a CRM can be.

Support left a lot to be desired

I am currently trialing Pipedrive. I used the online customer support today. This left a lot to be desired. It took over 50 minutes for somebody called Rafael to respond then each simple question took at least 10-15 minutes to be answered. I came off the chat no more knowledgeable about Pipedrive than before the 1 and a half hours I spent asking 2 questions. Also very disappointed and surprised a sales CRM does not have a sales month target built into it. Remember. This is a pipeline CRM. Under the forecasting surely it should have a sales monthly, quarterly, yearly sales target option. As a sales consultant this is what we are targeted on. A sales forecast is all good and well but it is exactly that. A forecast. It can become a wish forecast. Come on Pipedrive. Input a sales target option as well as a percentage option for each deal so the sales person can work on the progress of each deal. Sales force has this as standard. I am still trialing Pipedrive and these are the obvious sales flaws I have found within minutes of my trial.

A class act!

I've tried several CRM apps and software packages, some doing a better job than others. What I love about Pipedrive though is its scalable functionality, offering more database control, capture and reporting just as it's needed. It's exceptionally user friendly and highly intuitive, and encourages me to a higher degree of productivity. Added to this, it is stable and dependable, and has never crashed or lost any data. I'm impressed, and thankful to the Pipedrive team for building a tool that I now find indispensable. A class act!
